12 Puff of Genius™ Gougère Minis: The same airy, savory perfection of our signature recipe in a pop-able, one-bite format.
Our gougères are fully cooked but ship frozen, so they may thaw in transit. We recommend enjoying soon after arrival, or storing in the freezer. From frozen, pop them in a 375 degree oven for 5–10 minutes (up to 5 minutes for minis). From room temperature, warm at 450 degrees for 1 minute (30 seconds for minis).
