Instructions

Store Puff of Genius™ gougères in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month. If keeping in the fridge, enjoy within three days. Puff of Genius™ gougères are fully cooked and handmade.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. If your oven has a convection setting, use it. Place frozen Puff of Genius™ gougères on sheet pan. Do not thaw, and do not grease pan. Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until heated through. Puff of Genius™ gougères are best enjoyed warm.
