Our gougères are fully cooked but ship frozen, so they may thaw in transit. We recommend enjoying soon after arrival, or storing in the freezer. From frozen, pop them in a 375 degree oven for up to 5 minutes. From room temperature, warm at 450 degrees for 30 seconds.
